This course provides a chance to assess your financial readiness for homeownership and instruction on how to assemble and work with realtors, lenders, inspectors, insurance companies, and title companies in the home buying process.

Upon completion of the course, participants will earn the HUD Homebuyer Education Certificate.

Class is limited to 20 households. Attendance for the full 5 hours is required to receive certificate. Lunch is provided for all class participants.
