VIBECoding Concept to Prototype
This clinic is designed for people who have ideas for an app—but no clear path to build them. Using modern VIBEcoding and no code tools, participants move from a rough concept to a functional AI powered prototype they can demonstrate, refine, and share with stakeholders. The focus is on designing the right problem, structuring clear prompts and workflows, and assembling a simple app that proves what is possible before committing serious time or budget.

Strategic AI for Everyday Work
Practical Workflows You Can Implement This Week
This hands‑on clinic turns AI from an abstract concept into concrete, everyday workflows you can deploy immediately. Participants work through real examples—such as automating creation of SOPs, extracting strategic plans from ongoing communications, and simple automation—using accessible tools already within reach. You leave with ready‑to‑run workflows tailored to your context, supported by clear guardrails that keep adoption safe, ethical, and aligned with your mission.
Homebuyer Education
This course provides a chance to assess your financial readiness for homeownership and instruction on how to assemble and work with realtors, lenders, inspectors, insurance companies, and title companies in the home buying process.
Upon completion of the course, participants will earn the HUD Homebuyer Education Certificate.
Class is limited to 20 households. Attendance for the full 5 hours is required to receive certificate. Lunch is provided for all class participants.
